User warnings when adding relationships to a group with terms at the same level

When a user is attempting to add a relationship to a relationship group, and that relationship already exists in another relationship group which has terms attached to it, and the terms attached to the relationship group the relationship is trying to be added to match exactly on the following criteria:

1. Manufacturer
2. Terms type
3. Status

and the dates on the terms associated with the new relationship group meet any of the Validity Date definitions with regard to the terms associated to the existing relationship group the user will be presented with an error message explaining:“This relationship is already in a group with terms of the same terms type, for the same manufacturer and within the same validity period, do you want to continue?’The user will then have to confirm to continue, or alternatively cancel the operation.The results of the user's choices will be logged as a system note in the Relationship Notes.
